For over 25 years we have been running a café and restaurant on The Avenue with the same owner, which is a record in Gothenburg.

The journey from coffee shop to the established restaurant has been a long one, but with fantastic staff, a strong sense of purpose and clear focus Tvåkanten is now one of the most famous restaurants in Gothenburg boasting many satisfied repeat visitors.

With carefully selected high quality seasonal ingredients, we prepare both classic and modern dishes with distinct Swedish flavours. 

Tvåkanten´s personal and knowledgeable staff take care of you and make sure you and your friends are the centre of attention.

Tvåkanten´s bar is a place to mingle and chat in a beautiful setting with music in the background and people at the forefront.

On the second floor we offer beautiful rooms for added privacy or meetings. In our private kitchen guests can learn secret tips and tricks to impress friends and family or perhaps even take them along for a cooking masterclass. We also offer a variety of beverage tastings.

Nowadays we are also co-owners of Restaurant Danilo and Gamla Ullevi Restaurang & Konferens although we have never loosened the reins of Tvåkanten, something that is appreciated by both guests and staff.
